My fireplace has had an issue with shutting off since last year. It’s hard to diagnose because it will be fine for a while and then shut down. The company/person who serviced it last year came out twice and then didn’t respond to my calls and we went without the fireplace for a lot of the time. This year we called West Isle and the first time it was cleaned and didn’t present a problem until after the technician left. So we called back and Greg came equipped with the information to diagnose the problem and fix it. Turns out it was just the switch and since he has replaced that with the proper kind, it’s working fine.
