Visually inspected indoor evap coil and blower compartment Checked all electrical connections and safeties Checked volts and amps Visually inspected air filter Rinsed condenser coil Blew out drain line and poured water to ensure properly draining Checked refrigerant levels Checked capacitor Took temps While performing the maintenance we found both capacitors were outside of manufacturer’s specs. They were rated for 40 and 5 and were reading 35 and 4.6. After getting customer authorization we replaced them. Started the system nd found it was low on refrigerant. After getting customer authorization we added 2 lbs R22 to the system bringing the subcooling from 4 up to 8.5. Had a 10* temp difference before and 17* temp difference after adding the refrigerant.
