Upon arrival unit was on but only the indoor unit was running. Upon investigation found the condenser was off on low pressure. Inspected the wiring and did not find any breaks. Due to the chipmunk nest in the past it is possible the copper is now porous because of the pee. Added 6lbs 8 oz R410A and UV dye to the system. When leaving pressures were 127/328 with 15.8 subcooling. Unit is working properly. Need to return to find the UV dye
