Burner was off on reset when arrived. Reset the control, and the burner started. Checked the oil flow, there was air in the pump. The oil water heater is a single pipe system (supply) while the furnaces have a 2 pipe system (supply and return line) to them that helps eliminate any air. Removed the nozzle assembly and the turbulator had some carbon on in. Replaced the nozzle and started. Checked the inside of the chamber and the metal holding the tank is cracked and deteriorated. The water heater will need to be replaced.
