Inspected both furnaces and tested due to water in the basement. Both blower motors operated correctly and the burners started properly. There is evidence of water getting into both furnaces. Furnace closest to water line- -The circuit board appeared to get wet. - recommend replacing before premature failure. - Recommend removing the blower assembly and cleaning the floor of the furnace. - Recommend removing the insulation inside the blower compartment and replacing it. Furnace closest to the door- - The circuit board appeared to get wet, there are a couple of brown spots. - recommend replacing before premature failure. - Recommend removing the blower assembly and cleaning the floor of the furnace. - Recommend removing the insulation inside the blower compartment and inside the return plenum and replacing it.
