The capacitor for the blower motor is weak. When the blower starts, the motor is loud, and eventually need to be replaced. Removed and installed a new blower motor and capacitor. Started and tested. When testing, the blower was intermittently turning on. Found the relay for the fan was going bad. Need to replace the circuit board. Picked up part. Removed and installed a new circuit board. Started and tested.
