A customer’s Weil-McLain CGa gas boiler in Waterbury was failing to distribute heat evenly throughout the home. After troubleshooting, I discovered the circulator pump had seized, preventing hot water from flowing through the radiators. I drained the system, replaced the faulty Taco 007-F5 circulator pump, and refilled the boiler while bleeding air from the system. After restarting, I monitored pressure and temperature levels to ensure smooth operation. Heat is now evenly distributed, and the system is running efficiently.
