The customer wanted to get a quote to get their kitchen system hydrotested. I wrote a quote and sent it to them via email. They accepted the quote and we scheduled the appointment. Upon arrival I took out all the parts that we would be fixing and replaced the items with new or Hydrotested items. I then tested the system and it was all good so I put it all back together and wrote the report. The customer also wanted me to do an inspection on the kitchen exhaust system which I did. I wrote that report also and let them know that I would call again in 6 months when the system was due for another service. The customer was pleased with the results.
