I have one fire extinguisher. Still solidly in the green zone. Your Service tech was at my shop for a total of seven minutes. No testing. No charging of cylinders necessary. $45 for a currently punched card. He said “that’s the going rate”. Take it elsewhere, then. I can buy a new fire extinguisher for less than the cost of your “service “
