I found company on the BBB website and called for same day service. They gave me a window of time and who the technician would be. Jerry arrived before time. I showed him the problem. Completed installation of a new pressure reducing valve to correct high incoming water pressure. Existing PRV was failing and allowing pressure above recommended levels. Shut down main water supply, removed old valve, and installed a new code-compliant PRV with proper fittings and support. Set water pressure to manufacturer-recommended range and verified stable pressure throughout the home. Checked for leaks and confirmed normal operation. Restored water service and cleaned work area.
Came out and replaced a basement toilet macerator box, ensuring reliable waste disposal and preventing clogs. Professional plumbing service for basement bathrooms, including macerator installation and maintenance.”
Arrived at the customer’s home and installed a brand-new kitchen faucet, ensuring proper connections and smooth operation. While on site, we also repaired a leaky showerhead and diagnosed and fixed a faulty shower handle that was causing issues with water control. All plumbing fixtures were tested for leaks and proper function before completion. Customer now has reliable water flow and leak-free fixtures throughout the home.
Completed replacement of a faulty shower valve cartridge to restore proper water flow and temperature control. Shut off water supply, removed the old worn cartridge, inspected the valve body for debris or damage, and installed a new manufacturer-approved cartridge. Reassembled trim, turned water back on, and tested for leaks and smooth operation. Shower is now functioning correctly with consistent temperature and pressure.
