Plumber on site to install a new PRV (pressure-reducing valve) to help regulate the home’s incoming water pressure and protect the plumbing system.
Plumber on site today replacing two shower valves and installing a new sink for a customer. Removed old, failing fixtures, upgraded to reliable new valves, ensured all connections were sealed, and tested everything for proper operation. Another quality plumbing upgrade completed — nearby and ready for the next call!
Came to the customer’s home to diagnose improper water pressure. Upon arrival, tested the incoming pressure and the gauge read 120 PSI, which is significantly above the safe recommended range. Inspected the main water line and confirmed that no Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) is installed. Recommended installing a Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) to regulate the home’s water pressure. Provided an estimate of $595.00 for the PRV installation.
