Associate Rick picked up the phone when I called and was very friendly. I had an appointment within 5 minutes of me calling. The day of the appointment I got a message when Jerry was on his way. He quickly addressed my concerns and had the job completed within a couple of hours. Super satisfied with their service from beginning to end and will use them and recommend to anyone!

Customer reported a dripping bathroom faucet that would not fully shut off. Inspected faucet and confirmed worn internal cartridge was causing the leak. Shut off water supply, removed handle and trim, and replaced faulty faucet cartridge with the correct manufacturer-specific part. Reassembled faucet, restored water, and tested for proper operation. Faucet now shuts off correctly with no leaks and normal water flow. Customer advised on routine maintenance and signs of future cartridge wear.
