Completed a vent pipe replacement today to restore proper airflow and ensure the plumbing system is venting correctly. The existing vent pipe was damaged and causing drainage issues. Removed the faulty section and installed new piping, securely sealed all joints, and tested the system to confirm proper function.
Came out and cleaned a Rinnai tankless water heater to improve performance and efficiency. Flushed the unit to remove mineral buildup and debris, inspected the system for proper operation, and ensured hot water was flowing correctly.
