Checked in to provide an estimate for a shop plumbing rough-in. Met with the customer to review the layout and discuss drain, water, and vent requirements. Assessed tie-in locations, fixture placement, and material options. Answered questions and provided recommendations to ensure the rough-in meets code and future use needs. Preparing a detailed estimate for the proposed work.
Came out to a customer’s home to complete a plumbing service call, installing a new showerhead and adding a shut-off valve for improved water control. Tested the installation to ensure proper operation and no leaks. Customer now has reliable flow at the shower and the ability to isolate the line for future maintenance. Another quality residential plumbing repair completed.
Responded to a water leak caused by a blown-out copper to PEX connection. Shut water off, removed damaged section, and installed new PEX with proper fittings. Restored water service and tested for leaks.
Got a call to install a customer-supplied faucet. Removed the old faucet, cleaned the mounting surface, and installed the new faucet provided by the homeowner. Connected all water supply lines, ensured proper alignment, and tested for leaks. Everything is working properly with no issues. Cleaned up the work area and confirmed customer satisfaction before leaving.
