Their customer service is consistently in the “Industry Leading” category and it’s mostly due to the quality of their people. Austin was our technician today and he was fantastic. He knew what he was doing, took the time to give me options when there were any available, explained what and how we was going to do what I approved, resolved the issue faster than I expected and followed it up with a very pleasant reduction in cost because of the reduced labor required. EaZy is lucky to have him!

Came out and replaced a faulty faucet for a homeowner. Removed the old leaking faucet and installed a new faucet with secure connections, ensuring proper operation and no leaks. Tested water pressure and functionality before completing the job, leaving the customer with a reliable and updated fixture.
Came out and performed a full diagnostic on a Goodman furnace. Inspected the ignition system, pressure switches, limit switches, flame sensor, and control board to identify the cause of the heating issue. Verified proper gas supply, airflow, and electrical connections. Provided the homeowner with findings and recommended necessary repairs to restore safe and reliable furnace operation.
Completed troubleshooting on a residential furnace that was not heating properly. Inspected thermostat settings, verified power and gas supply, and checked safety switches. Diagnosed the issue affecting furnace operation and performed necessary adjustments to restore proper heating. Tested system operation to ensure safe and efficient performance before leaving the job site.
Technician arrived on site to address a gas water heater that was not lighting. Inspected gas supply, confirmed proper gas pressure, and checked the shutoff valve to ensure it was fully open. Examined the pilot assembly and thermocouple for debris or damage. Safely relit the pilot and verified stable flame. Cycled the unit to confirm proper ignition and burner operation. Ensured the water heater was heating correctly before leaving the job site. Customer was advised on basic pilot relighting steps and safety precautions.
Customer called due to a repeatedly clogged toilet that would not clear with standard plunging. Technician arrived and inspected the toilet and drain. Toilet was pulled and blockage was found in the toilet outlet/drain opening. Obstruction was removed and drain was thoroughly cleared. Toilet flange and wax ring were inspected, new wax ring installed, and toilet was reset and properly secured. Toilet was tested multiple times to confirm proper flushing and drainage with no leaks present. Work area cleaned and job completed successfully.
Came out to the customer’s home and professionally installed a new icemaker valve to ensure a reliable water supply to the refrigerator. Verified proper connection, tested for leaks, and confirmed the icemaker was functioning correctly. This plumbing repair helps prevent future leaks and ensures consistent ice production. Customer is all set and happy with the installation.
Arrived on site to address a slow-draining sink. Inspected the drain and trap to determine the cause of the blockage. Used professional drain-clearing equipment to remove buildup and restore proper flow. Tested the sink multiple times to confirm the drain was running freely with no leaks. Cleaned the work area and provided recommendations to help prevent future drain clogs.
