I needed service for both electrical and plumbing. I made an appointment on their website and within a week they were able to work around my schedule and the day I picked. Communication before service was provided was good and got an eta message from my technicians. I had Jorge and Dakota help me with a plumbing issue, and Tyler with my electrical problem. They all gave their expert advice and opinion on not only what my current issue was, but for any potential issues that may arise later as well, as well as any safety concerns. They gave me numerous options on how to fix the problems I was having and didn’t pressure me into anything I wasn’t ready to commit to. Diagnosed the issues promptly and were resolved within a couple of hours. All relatable and easy to talk to and I had no concerns about letting them into my home. I would trust them and use them again in the future.

Jorge was so professional and friendly. He checked several options of fixing our garbage disposal before concluding it needed to be replaced. I knew it was dead but appreciated him trying so to save us money (it was a cheap garbage disposal). He was able to install a new one and was quick and clean. Adrian was super friendly, knowledgeable and very precise. He got to my house in a very quickly manner. From arrival-to-departure, was less than 1.5 hours, to install one ceiling light. Both men provided good service, but when the invoiced amount is broken down it came to $220.00/hour for both servicemen. I realize overhead costs involved, but still too high.

Addressed a clogged kitchen sink by first inspecting the drain to locate the blockage. Disassembled the P-trap and removed accumulated debris, ensuring clear water flow. Used a drain snake to clear any remaining obstruction further down the pipe, extending up to 25 feet to ensure thorough cleaning. Reassembled the P-trap and secured all connections. Tested the sink by running water to confirm that the clog was completely cleared and that the drainage was functioning properly.
Unclogged a toilet by first using a plunger to attempt clearing the blockage. When that was insufficient, used a toilet auger to reach deeper into the drain and remove the obstruction. Ensured that the water flow was restored and tested the toilet by flushing multiple times to verify that the clog was fully resolved and the system was operating correctly.
