I'm horrible with names I think the name of repair man was Wes! He did the a super job and pleasant. Now I personally was surprised at the cost and that probably because I hadn't kept up with cost of repair. So I'll give you a middle star, but don't be bothered it's OK. Was really happy he got my issue taken care of on short notice. Will call again thanks

Customer called because they had a small drip under their kitchen sink. This was coming from the dishwasher P-trap. There was a slight crack on the bend of the trap. Southside Plumbing cut the old dishwasher P-trap out and capped it. Southside Plumbing ran the dishwasher drain hose into the garbage disposal and added a high loop to the hose. Southside Plumbing tested for leaks and ran both the sink and dishwasher. No leak leaks were found.
The clean out located on the main floor near the kitchen sink has been leaking due to a cracked clean out fitting. Southside Plumbing replaced the clean out with a new one and tested the line by flushing the toilet upstairs. The clean out is now leak free and the drywall as well as the decorative clean out cover was put back onto the wall. The water heater was flushed while working on the clean out.
Installed a new toilet in the master bathroom. The previous toilet was clogged, the fill valve failed leading the toilet to overflow and cause damage on the carpet and drywall.
The customer called to have a shower cartridge and trim replaced. The shower and cartridge were glacier Bay. The customer had purchased and provided a new cartridge and the trim. When the cartridge was opened, it was noticed that there was a crack in the cartridge and the cartridge internals were not seating properly.
Customer called because her kitchen faucet was dripping. She had purchased a new one to have Southside Plumbing install. Southside Plumbing installed a new kitchen faucet. Tested for all the leaks. None were found.
Delivered extended warranty, placed sticker on unit, and explained the warranty registration.
Flushed and serviced tankless water heater. Cleaned out brine tank on softener, filled with salt, and ran softener through a regeneration cycle.
The lavatory sink in the master bathroom is leaking into the cabinet due to a leaking overflow. Southside Plumbing replaced the sink with a new one provided by the homeowner. The homeowner also provided a new faucet that was installed with the sink. The master bath fixture is leaking from the handle when the shower is on. Southside Plumbing rebuilt the fixture with new internal parts to mitigate the leak.
Gave a water heater estimate, client will get more quotes and call whenever they are ready to move forward.
The customer called because the garbage disposal stopped working and that half of the kitchen sink was backing up as well. The backup was due to the broken disposal. Southside Plumbing installed a new half horsepower garbage disposal, as well as the connections beneath the sink. Tested for leaks and none were found. The front hose bib had also cracked and was leaking. Southside Plumbing cut out the bid and installed a new one. Tested for leaks found. Parts and labor warranty for one year.
The washing machine was running when the clients dog alerted them of water on the floor in the laundry room. Southside Plumbing pulled the washer out of its place and found the drain discharge hose was not hanging in the laundry box. The drain was placed back into the washer box stand pipe and a zip tie was used to secure the hose in place. A rinse cycle was ran through the washer and no other leaks were found.
Received a call back due to a slow drip at the union connection on the bottom of the meter yolk. The leak was mitigated, and the water line is back in service.
The wood floor is buckling around the main floor bathroom area. All bathroom fixtures on the main floor as well as the floor above were inspected for a potential leak. A couple minor issues were found with the bathroom, but nothing large enough to cause the damage. After further investigation, we found that the leak is coming from the waterline supplying the fridge. The line was disconnected and the shut off valve was bad too. Southside Plumbing replaced both the waterline and the shut off valve. The standing pressure was about 118 psi. Southside Plumbing also replaced the pressure regulator and set the pressure to 70 psi.
