I'm horrible with names I think the name of repair man was Wes! He did the a super job and pleasant. Now I personally was surprised at the cost and that probably because I hadn't kept up with cost of repair. So I'll give you a middle star, but don't be bothered it's OK. Was really happy he got my issue taken care of on short notice. Will call again thanks

Cleared main drain which had backed up from the floor drain.
The customer wants to add a hose bib. It will be an additional 250 to install a hose bib. The gas meter dropped due to setting. The house’s siding was ripped up because the pipe dropped. The inside basement ceiling will be cut to see what the condition of the pipe is. The existing pipe needs to be removed and repiped to account for the settling
Rebuild toilet and installed a customer supplied bidet
Repaired section of 3/4” hot water piping in mechanical room ceiling above water softener.
A new fridge valve box was installed in the wall behind the fridge. The valve is ready for the new fridge to be hooked up and the line can be turned off at the appliance.
Customer had a frozen/burst pipe on 1” copper for the irrigation system. The irrigation shutoff isn’t closing 100%. The house pressure was high so the prv has failed. I recommend replacing the whole mainline valve tree. I repaired the copper pipe but the customer will let us know what they want to do about the rest.
Brian was told there was a leak on the ice maker line by the flooring company that was working on the floor. When I arrived, the water was off. I turned on the water and looked for leaks at all connections behind and on the refrigerator. I ran the water dispenser to see if I could make the water leak anywhere. I filled up a gallon container 2x. I can’t find any leaks. Brian said the refrigerator was disconnected so the flooring guys could work. I suspect the water came from disconnecting the lime from the fridge (as Brian also suggested).

The customer had recently gotten a new tub and wanted to maximize the amount of hot water. Southside Plumbing purchased and installed a thermostatic mixing valve at the water heater. There is also an automatic shutoff valve on the main line that was below the sprinkler branch. The customer has been unable to use the leak shutoff feature due to a leak on the irrigation system in the yard. Southside Plumbing moved the automatic shutoff above the sprinkler branch and added an additional valve. The pressure was increased to 70psi which will allow for better pressure to the sprinkler system. Southside Plumbing also installed an expansion tank on the water heater. The expansion tank was pumped up to equal house pressure. Parts and labor warranty for 1 year.
