I'm horrible with names I think the name of repair man was Wes! He did the a super job and pleasant. Now I personally was surprised at the cost and that probably because I hadn't kept up with cost of repair. So I'll give you a middle star, but don't be bothered it's OK. Was really happy he got my issue taken care of on short notice. Will call again thanks

Hello Holly, it was a pleasure meeting with you again. Let us know if there’s anything else that you need help with. Hope the following work will help alleviate the house smell. The foul smell coming from the garbage disposal when the dishwasher is running. Capped off the disposal and rerouted the discharge line from the disposal to the standpipe inside the kitchen cabinet. If smell persist from the garbage disposal, recommend getting a new disposal stainless steel, which will not rust and, have continual problems with bad smells.
Southside plumbing installed a new laundry sink basin in basement. Hooked up to existing drain line, and ran new PEX water lines. Hooked up and tested for leaks, and secured to the floor. We also installed a new main valve tree, and set pressure to approximately 70 psi. We also installed two new shower cartridges, which were delta ball style, in both upstairs bathrooms, and tested for leaks.
Used a cable machine and a flex shaft machine to tear through approximately 5 to 10 feet of solid mass. Flushed lots of water. Reset the toilet, upon completion. Notice of the toilet was flushing, limited amount of water. Adjusted the amount of water in the tank., To maximize the amount of water per flush.
Replaced all (4) toilets in home minus the toilet in the master bath.
Augered the powder bath toilet to clear blockage and rebuilt the powder bath toilet
Client has two model 25 hose bibs from Woodford. Every time he shut the water off with a hose attached water sprays out from the anti-siphon. Southside Plumbing replaced the ant siphon on both units. However, the issue is still happening. We are going to contact Woodford to see what other solutions we can do to solve this issue.
Installed a new number 2 because the existing one was a old broken gate valve. Repaired a leak on the irrigation valve as warranty
Purchased and installed a new shower valve. Put on new oil rubbed bronze shower trim.
Upon arrival, they said that they did not need our services. There own maintenance guys did the job.
The toilet in the master bathroom was installed by Southside Plumbing in July 2023. The toilet was experiencing issues with frequently refilling when not being used. American standard sent the proper repair parts to the homeowner and Southside Plumbing installed them in the toilet. The toilets are still under warranty and the customer was not charged for these repairs.
The hose bib in the backyard has a burst section of pipe due to freezing. The current unit is beyond repair and will need to be replaced with a new hose bib. Southside Plumbing installed a new Woodford model 17 to replace the existing unit. The hose is in a finished area area of the basement and drywall had to be cut open.
No work for us to do. Home has no sump or perimeter drainage. No charge.
The customer had a leaking toilet on the second floor HB. It was leaking at the seal. The flange was 3/4 of an inch below the floor. I cut out the existing flange and repiped the drain with a new flange. I reset the toilet and tested for leaks. All was dry with no leaks.
