Excellent job installing our new faucets!

Quick fast and exceptional service

Chris and Michael were terrific, quickly locating the cracked water pipe in the wall and making the required repairs.

Nice clean timely efficient job.

Chris took time to explain the situation of the water and my choices. I chose the ore expensive in using a vacuum which expelled the water in a few hours. He returned as soon as possible to finish the job. The area was left in a clean manner and work was done efficiently. I didn't get any competitive bids and the job was expensive but as my son said he trust Southside Plumbing to do quality work.

Added expansion tank and drain pan with proper discharge line. System running efficiently. Homeowner informed about manufacturer rebate process. All work completed in approximately 4 hours.

Today, I came out to my clients home to take a look at a gas line issue. They have two fireplaces that they were having trouble, lighting, inside the home, and one fire pit outside on the back patio that they could not as well. I was able to light both of the inside fireplaces with no problem at all. Everything is working nicely with those two units. The outside fire pit, however, I could not light. It has a key on it, which is normally used for returning gas on and off, but I am pretty certain is the actual control for this outside fire pit unit. I could not find any other switches, shut off valves or controls for this fire pit unit. Our client told me that normally they turn it on and light it and that’s the way it works. I attempted to do this and I could not like this fire pit. There is no issue with the gas line itself. This is either simply user error and lack of knowledge for knowing how to light it, or there is an issue with the unit and it needs to be repaired by fire pit

Client noticed a leak coming from under the kitchen sink. The exact source of the leak was unclear however she found standing water in the cabinet. Southside Plumbing tested the drain for the kitchen sink as well as for the dishwasher and determined that the drain is backing up. The leak is coming from the dishwasher discharge pipe, which has an open top by design. When the Drain backs up high enough, the water level runs over the top of the pipe. A drain machine with a 100 foot cable was ran down the kitchen line in order to clear the blockage. After reconnecting the lines, the drains were tested again and found to be in good working order.

Main valve had a small drip on the stem. Valve operates good. Tightened the packing nut to find no leak, and provided estimate for main valve replacement.

Customer had a hole in the side of the kitchen sink drain. It was located a couple of inches below the sub floor (in the ceiling of the basement). The ceiling and the wall were already open due to the water line leak we fixed last week. After repairing the line, I tested for leaks and all was dry.

Customer has a leak Cut out bad section of water line. Repipe the line to repair the break. A new line will be ran from the basement ceiling through the bottom of the kitchen sink cabinet with new shutoff valves to the sink faucet and the dishwasher. After all work was completed, I tested for leaks and all was dry and working as it should.

Performed standard maintenance on tankless water heater in Lone Tree. Unit approx. 4 yrs old. Descaled heat exchanger - moderate mineral buildup noted. Inspected & cleaned inlet filter screen. Checked all connections - tight & secure. Tested flow rate & temp stability - within optimal parameters. System operating at 97% efficiency after service. Water heater repair complete in Lone Tree! Customer called with lukewarm water and occasional rumbling sounds from their Bradford White gas unit. Diagnosed multiple issues during inspection - pilot light would light but main burner wouldn't stay on consistently. Found thermocouple was failing and needed replacement. Also discovered significant sediment buildup causing the rumbling noise and efficiency loss. Drained and flushed tank completely (water was seriously dirty!). Replaced thermocouple, cleaned burner assembly, and checked gas valve operation. Everything working properly now with good strong flame pattern. While I was there, noticed their TPR valve was showing signs of leaking, so replaced that too for safety. Set temperature to 120° - they had it dangerously high at 140°! Verified proper venting and combustion air. The whole system is running like new again. Customer super happy to have reliable hot water back. Installed a client supplied kitchen sink faucet. There is a warranty on workmanship for 1 year. Southside Plumbing doesn’t warranty any existing Reverse Osmosis parts. We also do not warranty the new kitchen sink faucet since it was supplied by the home owner. I tested house pressure to be over 90 psi. I would recommend replacing the pressure regulator valve.
