Mark was extremely polite and kept the work area clean. He was installing a u by moen for the first time and did not notice that there was specific spots for the Hot and Cold inputs. As a result the shower only runs ice cold.

Did two sump pumps, rebuild the toilet upstairs and flushed a tankless water heater.
Southside plumbing cleaned drains on Jack and Jill master bathroom sinks.
Rebuilt 1” backflow device on exterior of home.
Southside Plumbing was out previously to mitigate a sewer gas smell. An empty p trap was found under the stairs and filled on the previous visit; the trap still currently has water in it. The sewer gas is still coming into the structure through another location. There is a sewage ejector pit with 2 pumps also located under the stairs. The sewage pit was cleaned off with a shop vac and a cover for one of the pumps was found to be loose and not sealed to the main lid. Every opening was sealed using silicone sealant to create an air tight seal and the loose lid was tightened.
Cleared kitchen drain line with hand snake and tested for proper operation. Cleared shower drain in master bathroom with hand snake and tested for proper operation.
Camera’s storm drain from center courtyard out toward front yard. Ran into roots and unable to pass right about at the driveway edge. Marked line route and discussed options with homeowner.
Came out for smell in sewage ejection pit room. We inspected the pit and everything looked to be functioning fine. We noticed one of the plates that covered a hole in the pit, and the vent pipe connection going into the pit, were both loose and disconnected. We sealed those connections with some silicone to try and help. In the same room we also saw a p-trap with a discharge line running into it. The trap looked to be empty so we filled it with water. If the smell still occurs please give us a call back! While at the house we also turned on the water to the outside kitchen and tested the faucet.
The pop up assemblies in the master bathroom are too low and need to be raised for the assembly to work properly. Southside Plumbing raised the pop ups and also installed a shower handset wand. The rest of the faucets in the home were tested for proper hot/cold orientation and found to be correct.
Customer wanted to know whether sump pump was working. It seemed to be in great condition and working as it should.
Installed Rheem tankless water heater to replace conventional tank system. Upgraded gas line to accommodate higher BTU requirements. Installed new venting through exterior wall. Tested operation - unit delivers consistent 120° water at multiple taps simultaneously. Significant improvement over previous system. Programmed recirculation settings for optimal efficiency. Customer should see approximately 30% reduction in monthly energy costs.
Customer will get a coupling for the insta hot connector and finish up the job, he will call us back if the need arises
Today, I came out to my clients home and I installed two client supplied toilets. One of these toilets is located near the front door in the bathroom in the hallway. The other one is located in the master bedroom bathroom. After installing the toilets, I checked for leaks and cleaned up my work area. Both of these toilets are cooler toilet toilets. Installed new Zoeller M267 1/2 HP sump pump in basement. Replaced deteriorated PVC discharge line and added check valve. System tested multiple times under load, working perfectly! Customer now protected from potential flooding with upgraded equipment. Walked homeowner through maintenance schedule before leaving.
