Mark was extremely polite and kept the work area clean. He was installing a u by moen for the first time and did not notice that there was specific spots for the Hot and Cold inputs. As a result the shower only runs ice cold.

Installed Rheem tankless water heater to replace conventional tank system. Upgraded gas line to accommodate higher BTU requirements. Installed new venting through exterior wall. Tested operation - unit delivers consistent 120° water at multiple taps simultaneously. Significant improvement over previous system. Programmed recirculation settings for optimal efficiency. Customer should see approximately 30% reduction in monthly energy costs.
Customer will get a coupling for the insta hot connector and finish up the job, he will call us back if the need arises
Today, I came out to my clients home and I installed two client supplied toilets. One of these toilets is located near the front door in the bathroom in the hallway. The other one is located in the master bedroom bathroom. After installing the toilets, I checked for leaks and cleaned up my work area. Both of these toilets are cooler toilet toilets. Installed new Zoeller M267 1/2 HP sump pump in basement. Replaced deteriorated PVC discharge line and added check valve. System tested multiple times under load, working perfectly! Customer now protected from potential flooding with upgraded equipment. Walked homeowner through maintenance schedule before leaving.
Rebuilt hose bibb on front of home, rebuilt master bathroom toilet, replaced hot side cartridge in left hand lavatory in master bathroom.
Disassembled shower head and shower arm in main floor guest bath. Re-assembled and tested. No leaks and all good. Inspected in wall behind shower, and there was no indications of prolonged leaking or mildew.
The fridge line is disconnected but an existing line is in place. The previous valve location was being utilized for the humidifier. A tee and a new valve was installed and the existing line was reconnected.
Replaced emergency stops and fixed the drain.
Completed comprehensive plumbing inspection in Castle Pines residence. Examined all fixtures, supply lines, and drainage systems. Identified minor leak under kitchen sink and slow drain in guest bathroom. Pressure tested main water line - reading 68 PSI, within acceptable range. Checked water heater operation and connections - all secure. Provided detailed report with recommendations for preventative maintenance. Left information about our annual service plan options.
Drain cleaned 4 bathrooms and sinks upstairs also installed a new kholer cartridge in the main floor bathroom.
Southside Plumbing replaced an existing Navien tankless unit with a new unit from Navien. The new model is the A2 instead of the A1 like the previous model. The gas line had to be completely reworked in order to provide the unit with proper gas flow. The existing venting was a little bit too low, so both the intake and the exhaust were raised up in height to avoid obstruction during snowstorms. A new expansion tank and new service valves were also installed with the new heater.
Installed an ice maker valve box. Parts and labor warrantied for a year.
Customer had a concern about the piping in the wall because it had some bit of flexibility, there were no leaks and pipping behind the wall is pex pipping that had a little bit of flexibility. I said I could open up the wall and strap it but it would be a little bit intrusive than they would want to deal with.
