Cut out existing 4” sewer main that has a crack in it. - Use repair couplings for a quick swap of the drain line. - Install two three 4” wye fittings use of solid core PVC pipe and fittings. - Repair Additional 3” Fitting that has a rubber coupling that is too large for the repair, it will eventually split. Will need to bore out inside of the fitting and use proper fittings to reattach, Put on new drain line.
Southside plumbing replaced fill valve in master bathroom that had failed and was constantly running.
Rerouted drain line for new tub install. Installed drop in jetted tub in master bathroom remodel.
Southside responded to a call that the toilet in guardhouse #1 wasn’t working. Upon further investigation it is the same issue as February. The drain is backed up and clogged. Water and sewage was coming out of the clean out outside the guardhouse, and was backing up in the floor drain. Was not able to do anything to clear drain.
Southside plumbing removed a hose that was fused onto hose bib. No damage was done to the hose bib itself.
Client has a Navien NPE-240a water heater requiring a maintenance flush. The unit was flushed out using descaling solution to provide maximum flow through the heat exchanger. While the heater was flushing, the intake air screen was removed and cleaned out. While onsite, the sump pump was inspected and tested. The float on the pump is currently stuck under one of the inlet tubes preventing the pump to operate properly. Pricing was sent over with this invoice to replace the pump with a different pump that has a piston style float so it will not get hung up.
Replaced 200 gallon storage tank for boiler system in basement of the HOA fitness center.
Repaired 2” copper by storage tank in basement of fitness center. Repaired 1” copper under meter yolk in same area.

Installed a new meter, backflow, and pressure reducing valve in guard shack #3. Replaced pressure assist cartridges in (2) women’s toilets in 1st floor of HOA building.
Installed new meter and new backflow in guard shack #4. Replaced 3/4” PRV as well.
Southside Plumbing attempted to clear a backed up mainline at the first guard station. (Far East Station). Approximately 180 feet of cable was pushed down the line, and even after pulling back a large quantity of wipes and a pair of underwear, the drain is still backed up. At this time we are unable to get the drain cable down the line any further and beyond this point, the only other feasible option other than excavating the line is the use of a jetter machine.
Supplied (2) Zurn 375XL’s for gate meter installs. Replaced 1” PRV in HOA mechanical/sprinkler room. Reconfigured piping in corner of mechanical room to install new meter for landscaping. Installed new meter and reconnected all piping.
