Ice machine was full of ice. employee said some mornings they have to reset to get it to work. Looked at alarm history and most recent alarms were sump temp sensor and quick freeze. Also water distribution tube was partially blocked. Cleaned unit and temp sensor . Ice thickness probe had calcium build up. will replace temp sensor and probe. -- Installed new temp sensor and ice thickness probe. Started and waited for unit to make ice .
Unit not heating, found hi limit tripped, reset hi limit found cooling fan clogged shut, cleaned off fan unit tested okay
