The repair crew showed up very quickly to repair the broken line. They diagnosed the problem and within 30 minutes the problem was fixed and they tested all the stations and the pressure was a lot higher in that area. I have a problem with the high “diagnostic” fee as we have had Mr. Sprinkler out 3 times in less than 6 months and each time charged this fee. You need to offer a problem where customers pay a yearly fee of say $50 and the diagnostic fee is waived. Some years you might have nothing for that customer and some years maybe 3 times. In any case that fee 3 times in less than 6 months is a lot. In addition, I was told I would get pictures of the work as I stated I wanted to take my own, but they replaced quickly and filled in the dirt. He did say we took pictures and would be included in this email. It was not!!!
