Apologies for the delayed response but I wanted to use the system and monitor the automatic watering schedule a couple of times before replying to your survey. After spot checking it for individual zones and watching a complete weeks' worth of auto cycle using all zones I am satisfied that my irrigation system is working correctly. On another note, I was disappointed that: 1. I had you out here 3-4 months ago to evaluate what it would take to bring my system back up to reliable working condition and was not happy to find out at the end of the work day that another $700 was needed to run some new multi-wire to make it work. I was sold 200' at $4 per foot and dispute that the length was 200 feet when it was all said and done. Wife was not happy at all. So, I paid $2,000 to fix something that I put in years ago for $1200. 2. Before your crew got started, I told them I had a 40Lb bag of potting soil they could use to fill the holes and even them out with the rest of the ground. Your crew ignored that and refilled all the holes with the clay dirt/clods and rocks. This caused me to spend 2+ hours the following morning topping off all the holes and bringing them level with my yard so I wouldn't be breaking my ankles mowing the yard. I ended up using the entire 40lb bag of soil leveling off all the holes where sprinkler heads were replaced. Your crews need to work on this because no customer wants a yard left with a bunch of gopher holes in it.
