Provided annual air conditioning maintenance at a residential home in the Triangle. I thoroughly checked the system over for any signs of damage. I then cleared out obstructions from the condensate drain and replaced the filters on the system. The system overall is running well for the home. I did recommend that the customer replace the motor on their system soon.
