Work Performed Completed full maintenance on Rheem furnace. Checked filter condition. Inspected burners and flame sensor — clean and operating properly. Verified pressure switch, inducer motor, and safety controls. Inspected humidifier and pad (pad in good condition). Checked blower motor operation and amp draw. Verified temperature rise across furnace. Tested furnace start-up and shutdown sequence. Results Furnace is in good condition and operating safely. Humidistat was buried during renovations and is not accessible. Client to receive estimate for: Installing a new humidistat with short wiring run around the corner from humidifier. Installing Nest thermostat (client-owned) with extender kit — booking after September 8, once kit arrives (only four wires currently run to thermostat).
