Furnace and water heater maintenance Furnace and water heater and both In great shape. No issues or concerns found.
The client contacted us about a high-pitched squealing noise coming from the furnace. We suspected a faulty blower motor. We cleaned out the debris to repair the motor for the time being, but we also suggested more regular maintenance with our comfort club to avoid replacement soon.
The customer was interested in a new water heater. The pressure just wasn't what it used to be. We showed them various units so they could choose the right size for their family's needs and budget. They were impressed with our fast and easy financing.

Keeprite furnace maintenance , furnace is operating good
Furnace and fireplace maintenance: furnace is in great shape. No issues or concerns found. Customer smelt gas at fireplace. Turn gas back on to unit and discovered the gas valve is leaking gas. Fireplace does not have manufacture rating plate. Unit was red tagged. Customer is aware of the issues.
Furnace Maintenance; furnace is spotless. Only concern is the heat exchanger. There is an inspection port on the left side of the furnace. Removed cover and noticed the heat exchanger is very purple ( over heating) and starting to rust. Recommended to customer to keep up on early maintenances so we can inspect the heat exchanger. Did discuss unit replacement as well. Will provide quotes. Fireplace had a loose switch terminal. Fireplace working normally.
