2021 Daikin two-stage furnace — performed full maintenance and inspection. Verified proper operation through all stages; system running smoothly and within manufacturer specifications. 2024 Navien tankless water heater — performed full maintenance and flush. Cleaned applicable filters and verified efficient operation. Tested and set up humidifier for correct function. Provided and replaced filters for pureAirX furnace. All equipment operating properly at this time. Client would like to set up comfort club for furnace , ac, and tankless.

**No Heat Call – Furnace Diagnostic** **Work Performed:** - Responded to no heat call for furnace previously maintained in September. - Noted recurring seasonal issues related to pressure switches; these were replaced a couple of years ago. - Upon arrival, cycled power to the furnace — system started and ran normally through multiple test cycles. - Verified all pressure switch ports and tubing clear and properly connected. - Inspected venting and overall operation — all appeared normal at this time. **Results:** - Furnace operating normally during visit; no active faults detected. - Intermittent issue suspected with pressure switches based on past history. **Recommendations:** - If the issue reoccurs, replacement of pressure switches is recommended as the most likely corrective action. - System will need to be in a failed state for accurate troubleshooting if the problem returns. - Furnace is showing signs of age; continue regular maintenance and monitor for further is

Noted rust damage inside unit; appears to be related to water leakage from inducer motor area. No active water leak present during maintenance. Recommended replacement of inducer motor, as it appears to be the source of past leakage. All other components inspected and found to be in good condition. Furnace is working safely and normally at completion.
