Coleman furnace maintenance. Defective second stage pressure switch. Furnace is operational in first stage only at the moment . Bypassed switch to test second stage , furnace is operating well other then the one defective switch .installed new furnace filter and humidifier pad provided by the customer.
Keeprite furnace repair . Install (x2) circuit board . Cut access into duct work under evaporator coil , clean coil with brush , vacuum and coil cleaner spray . Patch ductwork and seal with tape . Cut evaporator drain , removed drain trap ( not necessary on up flow furnaces ) found blocked in pvc pipe . Replaced drain with clear tubing and tested . Removed blower motor and verified secondary heat exchanger was not blocked . Motor mount on right side is broken , secure mount from underneath. Installed new media filter 20x25x1 , filter needs to be replaced every 2-4 months while furnace or ac is in use . Performed furnace maintenance and test operation of equipment. Furnace is operating well .
Keeprite furnace service call . Stuck inducer motor , freed motor and tested unit . Removed motor to inspect for damage or debris and found none . Cleaned flame sensor , furnace trap and condensation pump . Furnace is operating well . Do not believe inducer motor needs to be replaced at this time .
Payne furnace repair , inducer motor was seized when I arrived . Free motor and tested operation . Motor bearings are damaged and motor is very loud . Furnace will operate for the moment but highly recommend to replaced inducer motor .
Tappan furnace maintenance, furnace is operating well . Furnace drain was blocked , cleared blocked with compressed air and tested drain , humidifier filter pad needed to be replaced , installed new humidifier pad and tested humidifier. Furnace exhaust intake 90 is cracked and broken .
Lennox furnace maintenance, installed new 6670 filter . Left #10 humidifier pad for future use . Furnace is operating great . Customer will come in to the store to pay and pick up invoice
Furnace repair - upon arrival furnace would run for 1 - 2 min and then enter into error code 31 - related to pressure switch issues, this was caused by an excess of water in the ventor motor. This was cause by a long length of venting, when the furnace stops he water is flooding back to the furnace, causing the pressure switch to trip. Drained ventor motor and trap of water and Installed drain tee, tested system..ran system for 15 min, unit did not trip, or go into error code,. System may require re sloping if the issue continues, as the unit is sloped in the opposit way of he drain.
Cadet (lochinvar) wall-hung boiler repair call. Upon arrival system was locked out on E12 error code (ignition failure) Removed electrode and flame rod, both had heavy build-up on them. Cleaned electrode and flame rod and reinstalled into boiler. Test fired system, boiler fired up first try with no problems. Circ pump came on and circulated water throughout the home like normal. Found no other problems or concerns during visit.
Lennox furnace maintenance and inspection. Furnace is working well and in good condition at this time. Advised customer to change filter in the next couple weeks as it definitely wont last the season.
Lennox furnace maintenance, furnace is operating great with no concerns . Checked on air conditioner , condenser coil is still very clean .
