Service Type: Furnace Maintenance & HRV Service Equipment: 2002 KeepRite High-Efficiency Furnace + HRV Work Performed: - Completed full maintenance on furnace. - Cleaned and serviced HRV system. - Replaced 1/2" vinyl tubing inside the furnace. Findings & Notes: - Furnace is operating normally at this time. - No immediate safety concerns noted. - Overall condition is good considering the age of the equipment. Recommendations: - Due to the age of the furnace (2002), any major future repairs may not be cost-effective. - If significant components fail, replacement of the furnace would be recommended rather than repair. System approved for continued operation at time of service.
