Arrived on site, and inspected error codes in the thermostat. Did have quite a few active error codes stemming to a pressure switch. Upon system attempting to do calibration under our test, system was unable to do a proper calibration due to an issue with the pressure switch. Had pressure switch on the van, installed, tested unit unit is working safely and efficiently. Labour and parts are under warranty
1991 KeepRite Mid-Efficiency Furnace – No Ignition Attended for a no ignition issue on a 1991 KeepRite mid-efficiency furnace. Cleaned the sparker and burners, restoring proper ignition. The filter was extremely clogged and was replaced with the client-supplied filter. Completed combustion testing and temperature rise readings. The system is currently operating normally. Due to the age and condition of the furnace, replacement is highly recommended, but the client will monitor performance for now.
2009 Gibson Single-Stage Furnace – No Heat / Diagnostic Attended for a no heat call and found the furnace switch in the OFF position. Client mentioned they had turned it off but were unsure why. Performed a full diagnostic, including combustion analysis, temperature rise check, and safety inspection. No issues or faults were found and the furnace is operating normally. There was no identifiable reason the furnace had been turned off—likely a simple mix-up. System is running properly and should continue operating normally going forward.
Fireplace & Furnace Maintenance Performed maintenance on an older fireplace (20+ years). The pilot thermocouple is reading slightly low and will likely fail to hold the pilot lit. A quote is being prepared to replace the full pilot assembly. The fireplace is otherwise operating normally. The glass has a stubborn white staining that cannot be removed, which is normal for a unit of this age. Inspected the 2013 Goodman single-stage furnace. The humidifier is very old and the internal wheel was spinning freely, so power was disconnected. Replacing the humidifier is recommended. Furnace and Ecobee thermostat are operating smoothly with no issues noted. Drain cleaned and combustion/temperature rise readings are normal. Detailed inspection checklist attached.
2014 Lennox Single-Stage Furnace – Maintenance Performed full maintenance on the 2014 Lennox single-stage furnace. Found a leak at the alternate condensate plug and repaired it successfully. Completed the maintenance checklist with no concerns noted and furnace is operating normally. Provided an estimate for replacement of the existing water heater, which is approximately 20 years old and beyond typical service life.

Heat & Glo Fireplace – Maintenance Performed full maintenance and deep cleaning. Unit required significant cleaning to restore proper function. After cleaning, the complete fireplace system is operating normally. Natural Draft Furnace (1975) Furnace is still functioning at this time. As a natural draft unit, efficiency is approximately 75%, meaning about 75 cents of every dollar spent on gas is used for heat while roughly 25 cents is lost up the chimney. Noted high amp draw on the belt-driven blower motor, which increases hydro usage. A new furnace would improve both gas and electrical efficiency. Pilot light runs continuously, which slightly increases natural gas consumption. Other than these efficiency concerns, furnace is operating normally. Will forward information to salesperson for an estimate.
Furnace Maintenance: Flushed the condensate P-trap and drain lines to maintain clear, efficient flow. Checked pressure switch tubing to ensure reliable performance. Cleaned and polished the flame sensor for optimal ignition. Ran full diagnostics to confirm the system is running smoothly and efficiently.
