PATRICK provided excellent service, is professional and very knowledgeable about gas fireplaces and boiler heating system. PATRICK is courtesy, neat and clean, left no mess to clean - up, greatly appreciated. PATRICK listened to my concerns & issues regarding my service call. PATRICK took his time to explain and answered all my questions. After 28 yrs living in my home, ( in the past I have asked other service people) PATRICK was the only person to figure out the loud continuous banging sounds coming from the main heating pipe in the basement. Great customer service in regard to the ongoing problem I was having with my fireplace and Cameron was very personable and explained what was happening with the thermostat and needed to be replaced.

Cameron was polite and wore a mask. He arrived on time. He had all the equipment he needed and was very thorough. He answered all my questions. I would have liked him to take off his boots or ask if I preferred it.
Ruud furnace repair . Furnace had a delayed ignition from a dirty sparker and a very low flame sensor reading . Disassembled burner tray to clean burners , flame sensor and sparker . No further issues with ignition. Condensation pump was very dirt and the float was intermittently not working causing the pump to fill up and spill over . Customer has a spare pump , installed new pump and tested operation.
Goodman furnace repair . Furnace was off in error ( 3 ) pressure switch stuck open . Tested furnace and found switch to be intermittent failing . Installed new pressure switch and tested furnace for about 15-20 mins . Blower motor still making a loud grinding noise but maintaining a temperature differential of 52 f .
Goodman furnace repair , furnace would not displace old error code and operated normally after a power reset . Flame sensor reading was at 2.3 ua before cleaning and 2.8 ua after . Blower motor capacitor reading 12.4 ua and rated for 12.5 ua .blower motor is rated for 5.4 amps and is using 3.84 amps on blue speed tap . bearings inside the motor are grinding and wearing out ,we removed the motor to verify nothing was causing the grinding besides the bearings . No other issues found with unit , verified drains and vents are clear and operating . Recommend to have blower replaced before it fails and have a furnace maintenance. Furnace is very dusty and dirty . Furnace is operating .
AC service call. Capacitor was low causing compressor not to run. Replaced capacitor and tested system, refrigerant levels are good and system is cooling well. 17f temp drop. Found no other issues or concerns during visit.
Air conditioning repairs Unit #1 Very low charge on r22 system. Made customer aware of the situation. Customer is looking into unit repalcement options. Unit #2 Thermostat was set to heating mode. Turned cooling mode on and air conditioning unit is working. Made customer aware that with only one unit running out of the two, this unit will be running hard and may never shutoff since it will not be able to cool the whole house. Customer will be in touch with sales advisor.
Furnace and ac maintenance Humidifier was set to summer mode and is operational. Informed customer to move it to winter at the beginning of the heating season as it shouldn’t run in the summer. Customer asked about placement of heat runs and instructed on reasonings why they were run the way they were. Unit runs well and no issues.
Boiler maintenance and inspection. Boiler is working well and in great condition at this time.
Jan 29 - replaced wiring harness and tested all modes or operational. System is operational.
Call back Washing machine was put back in place after gas line installation. Furnace gas line was touching the washing machine. Turned black iron T to the right towards the water tank and away from washing machine. Went up into attic and replace condensation tubing on furnace & air conditioning system as promised from original service call visit. No charge.
Gas leak Customer smelt gas and called our office. Walked into house and smelt gas right away. Inspected furnace and did not discover any gas leaks. Inspected water heater and found a leak at the gas valve. The gas valve will require replacement. Found a second gas leak at main supply line shut off coming up from the floor. Capped gas line from the floor and performed a pressure test at the gas meter to ensure there are no gas leaks from main supply line under the house. Pressure test was dropping significantly with in two minutes. Made customer aware of the situation and what will need to be done. Customer would like a quote for installing new main supply line around the house rather than under the house. Will provide water heater repair quote with gas line quote.
