PATRICK provided excellent service, is professional and very knowledgeable about gas fireplaces and boiler heating system. PATRICK is courtesy, neat and clean, left no mess to clean - up, greatly appreciated. PATRICK listened to my concerns & issues regarding my service call. PATRICK took his time to explain and answered all my questions. After 28 yrs living in my home, ( in the past I have asked other service people) PATRICK was the only person to figure out the loud continuous banging sounds coming from the main heating pipe in the basement. I can finally sleep at night. PATRICK goes above and beyond , your just a amazing person and worker. Greatly appreciated......and I THANK-YOU!!!!!!!!!!! CARLA CRAWFORD :)

Work Performed: No cooling service call on a KeepRite air conditioner installed around 2012 (not installed by us). We previously performed maintenance on this unit in August of last year, along with the Lennox air conditioner on the same property that was installed by us five years ago. Findings: Found that the KeepRite AC was not receiving 24V Traced the issue back to the thermostat wiring, where a loose wire was discovered Repaired the wire and confirmed the thermostat is now functional AC system is running normally and responding well to calls for cooling Tested unit operation multiple times — turning on and off properly Temperature drop across the system is excellent, and unit is cooling effectively Checked over the outdoor unit — it remains very clean from last year’s maintenance Recommendations: Recommended replacing the capacitor due to age and visible wear (appears to be original), but client declined for now Client is interested in Comfort Club membership, but has opted to
Site Visit – Gas Service Assessment & Wall Furnace Inspection (Vacant Property) Attended a service call to assess the condition of the gas system and wall furnace in a vacant property. Gas supply was off and red-tagged by enbridge, with the tag dated from 2023 citing lack of appliance maintenance. Temporarily restored gas to conduct diagnostic testing. Wall Furnace Findings: Wall furnace appears to have been installed by Enercare in 2016 and has a manufacture date of 2016, indicating it is relatively modern and mechanically sound. On startup, pilot and burner ignition produced visible smoke, likely due to dust accumulation on the heat exchanger and internal components. The unit needs to be disassembled and deep cleaned to ensure safe and proper operation. Water Heater & Venting Issues: Water heater is enclosed behind a finished wall, with no access to inspect the venting or verify chimney connection. Access must be created to allow visual inspection of venting and connection integri
Maintenance Visit – Lennox Air Conditioner Performed full maintenance on Lennox air conditioner. Inspected electrical components, cleaned condenser coil, checked refrigerant pressures, and tested capacitor and contactor. Verified proper temperature split and system operation. No issues found; system is operating within normal parameters.
Installed a Lennox furnace and heat pump in a residential home. The installation process involved removing the old furnace and heat pump, installing the new units, and connecting them to the existing ductwork. I also performed a thorough inspection of the system to ensure it was operating correctly.
Work Performed: Responded to customer report of possible gas smell near furnace and water heater No gas odor detected upon arrival (technician has strong sensitivity to gas) Tested all visible gas line joints using gas sniffer and leak detection soap — no signs of leakage Performed manometer test — no pressure drop observed, indicating no active leak Additional Inspection: Inspected furnace and water heater venting — both appear to be operating normally Tested water heater ignition multiple times — fired reliably each time Possible intermittent issue with gas valve on furnace or water heater not fully closing after operation, but no issue detected during time on site (approx. 30+ minutes) Recommendations: If concern persists, recommend full gas system pressure test — estimate can be provided upon request
Furnace Maintenance: Added Teflon tape to collector box plug to stop condensation damage. Flushed the condensate lines to ensure proper drainage. Inspected pressure switch tubing for optimal functionality. Cleaned and polished the flame sensor to enhance performance. Performed diagnostic testing to verify efficient system operation. Stay warm,
Initial complaint: No heat in the house. On arrival, inspected furnace and found ignition failure error code causing lockout. Furnace installed in 2020—performed full inspection, including: Gas pressure test (low and high fire). Temperature rise test (on the threshold but not below it, possibly undersized furnace). Combustion analysis test. Issue was caused by a dirty flame sensor—cleaned the flame sensor and checked operation. Flame sensor is now working normally. Furnace is operating safely and normally at this time, within manufacturer specifications and current gas codes. If issue persists, recommend replacing the flame sensor on return visit if needed. - Wes
Customer complaint: No heat. Previous service tech Chris was on-site Monday but could not find an issue as the furnace was operating at that time. Customer reported the furnace stopped working again and displayed an "Ignition Loss" error code. Replaced the flame sensor and inspected the furnace for proper operation. Continuously started and restarted the furnace to observe ignition and flame behavior. After multiple test cycles, flames ignited normally each time with no concerns about ignition. Furnace is now operating normally.
Ruud furnace repair . Furnace had a delayed ignition from a dirty sparker and a very low flame sensor reading . Disassembled burner tray to clean burners , flame sensor and sparker . No further issues with ignition. Condensation pump was very dirt and the float was intermittently not working causing the pump to fill up and spill over . Customer has a spare pump , installed new pump and tested operation.
Goodman furnace repair . Furnace was off in error ( 3 ) pressure switch stuck open . Tested furnace and found switch to be intermittent failing . Installed new pressure switch and tested furnace for about 15-20 mins . Blower motor still making a loud grinding noise but maintaining a temperature differential of 52 f .
Goodman furnace repair , furnace would not displace old error code and operated normally after a power reset . Flame sensor reading was at 2.3 ua before cleaning and 2.8 ua after . Blower motor capacitor reading 12.4 ua and rated for 12.5 ua .blower motor is rated for 5.4 amps and is using 3.84 amps on blue speed tap . bearings inside the motor are grinding and wearing out ,we removed the motor to verify nothing was causing the grinding besides the bearings . No other issues found with unit , verified drains and vents are clear and operating . Recommend to have blower replaced before it fails and have a furnace maintenance. Furnace is very dusty and dirty . Furnace is operating .
