Furnace service call Goodman furnace All components are working as they should be. Found a dirty filter. Most likely the cause of low airflow and high limit trip. Furnace never tripped while testing. Recommend filter replacement. Paid with cheque

Checked pressure switch tubing to ensure reliable performance. Cleaned and polished the flame sensor for optimal ignition. Ran full diagnostics to confirm the system is running smoothly and efficiently.
Lennox GWB8-075 Floor Boiler – Comfort Club Maintenance Performed full Comfort Club maintenance on the Lennox mid-efficiency GWB8-075 boiler, including detailed burner cleaning, inspection of all accessible components, and full operational diagnostics. Noted that there is no proper backflow prevention installed. The check valve inside the pressure-reducing valve does not qualify as backflow protection, and current code requires a proper backflow preventer to eliminate any possibility of boiler water entering the main potable water supply. System pressure during operation was floating around 28 psi, which is very close to the pressure relief valve’s limit. The older expansion tank is likely contributing to the elevated pressure, though the pressure-reducing valve may also be failing. Highly recommend replacing: - Expansion tank - Pressure-reducing valve - Full backflow prevention kit Estimate has been prepared and sent to the client. No other concerns noted.

Work Performed: Performed first annual maintenance on Lennox EL296E-70 two-stage furnace. Completed full diagnostic and safety inspection. Cleaned and checked burners, flame sensor, pressure switch, and drain system. Replaced humidifier pad and tested humidifier operation. Verified proper water flow and wiring. Set up humidistat and confirmed system operation in both heating stages. Results: Furnace and humidifier operating correctly at this time. All readings within manufacturer specifications. No faults or concerns found.
Work Performed: Performed full maintenance and flush on 4-year-old Navien tankless water heater. Found water inlet filter clogged, restricting flow. Cleaned inlet filter, flushed heat exchanger, and verified normal operation. Performed maintenance on heater, including cleaning applicable screens and filters, and visual inspection of all components. Results: - Water flow restored to normal. - System operating within proper parameters after cleaning and flushing and maintenance . - No other issues found at this time.
