Lennox AC maintenance and inspection. Performed full maintenance on AC. All electrical components are in good condition Refrigerant levels are good. AC is cooling well at this time. Found no problems or concerns during visit.

Navien Tankless repair call. Upon arrival error code present E38 - abnormal circulation pump operation Flush on system has not been done in a very long time, performed routine maintenance on system. Discovered air intake screen was completely blocked. Drained traps and filters. Perform flush on system After flush and cleaning, fired system again, no more error codes and system is heating as intended. System is fully operational.

Work Performed: Completed air conditioner maintenance on a system installed in 2019 Brand: EvenFlow (private-label, similar to Goodman/Daikin) Maintenance Details: Removed outdoor cover and thoroughly cleaned condenser coil with a hose Coil was very dirty—significant debris removed Inspected and tested: Capacitor – tested within manufacturer spec Contactor – in good condition, no pitting Wiring – no signs of corrosion, all connections tight Blower motor – amp draw and function within normal range Thermostat operation – confirmed accurate control Air filter – inspected Temperature drop across evaporator coil – within acceptable limits System is operating normally at this time, and no issues were found.
Work Performed: * Responded to client’s concern regarding carbon monoxide detector beeping and flashing on the furnace after recent heat exchanger replacement. * Turned on my carbon monoxide detector to test for CO in the room. * Conducted a thorough inspection of the furnace and burners, finding no issues. * Restarted the furnace and tested for carbon monoxide in the airstream using a room CO detector placed on the vent closest to the furnace. * Performed a 2-minute test with 15 rounds, and confirmed no carbon monoxide presence in the airstream. Results: * The beeping sound from the carbon monoxide detector was determined to be an end-of-life warning, not a carbon monoxide alarm. The detector, manufactured in 2014, is nearing its 5–7 year lifespan. * Explained the different beeping patterns for low battery, carbon monoxide danger, and end-of-life warning, confirming that the detector was signaling the end of its life. * The furnace is operating normally with no carbon monoxide detecte
4 March 2025 - replaced heat exchanger under part warranty. Discovered multiple cracks on heat exchanger when removed. Installed new heat exchanger and tested operation of furnace. Supply gas pressure is a touch low, furnace calls for 12.0”wc minimum, measured pressure was around 11.6”wc Recommended homeowner call gas supplier to come in nd make adjustments to their regulators and then double check furnace pressures to ensure they are still within range. Performed combustion test on new heat exchanger, al readings were good, system is burning cleanly and efficiently at this time. Recommend yearly inspection on furnace to ensure this problem does not reoccur in the coming years
Water Heater Replacement. Upon arrival to the home, we disconnected the old water heater. After installing the new unit and ensuring all connections are secure, we tested the system to confirm it is heating water efficiently.
Furnace Maintenance: Replaced the media 16x25x4 filter with the correct sized (16x25x5). Added telfon tape to the collector box plug to avoid further condensate damage. Flushed the condensate lines to ensure proper drainage. Inspected pressure switch tubing for optimal functionality. Cleaned and polished the flame sensor to enhance performance. Navien tankless flush/maintenance Perfomed full maintenance on navien unit, cleaned air intake filter, water inlet filter, condensate trap and flushed heat exchanger with tankless descaler. Found some buildup of calcium when flushing system, nothing major but definitely enough to continue to recommend a yearly flush. This will help extend the life of the unit. Performed Furnace maintenance and inspection on Lennox G71 furnace. Furnace is in great condition visually for its age, motors sre working well at this time, found no problems or concerns during maintenance. Pulled and cleaned flame sensor on unit during maintenance. Both appliances are in good condition at this time
Fireplace repair - customer saw a red liht and shut the gas off to fireplace.. Red light was from the remote module, requiring new batteries. Unit was in rough shape, logs had fallen over and there was an excessive amount of embers. Performed routine equipment maintenance on on equipment. System is fully operational Customer will e transfer.
