Both fireplaces are working well at this time, found no problems or concerns with either unit. Installed universal remote on basement fireplace, paired remote and tested to ensure it was working properly.

Inspected electrical components, condenser coil, and fan. Results Lennox AC system operating normally with strong cooling performance. Refrigerant charge and temperature drop confirmed optimal. No safety concerns found. Recommendations Continue regular Comfort Club maintenance to maintain performance and efficiency. Lennox AC and furnace (both from 2016) are in good shape; no immediate replacement needed.

Work Performed: Performed maintenance on 2018 Daikin double-head ductless system and Weil-McLain boiler. Daikin Ductless System: Cleaned filters and coils, inspected both indoor and outdoor units, verified electrical components, and confirmed proper operation of both heads. Checked temperature drops and overall system performance. Weil-McLain Boiler: Inspected burner and heat exchanger, cleaned flame sensor, checked venting and pressure, and confirmed ignition and safeties are operating correctly. Verified circulation and system pressure. Results: Both systems are operating normally at this time. No issues found with performance or safety. Recommendation: Continue with annual maintenance to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Ac repair - upon arrival unit outdoor unit fan was operating but compressor wasnt Tested capacitor, 10.79mfd on the compressor side. Replaced capacitor and the unit fired up. Let system run, unit is a txv system. System ran for 15min before getting to the proper subcooling value System is fully operational. Customer will be calling in payment
