Shortly after installation (which was arranged in 24hrs) I called. Discussed the concerns I was having and arranged for a technician to drop by the very day. Lennox furnace repair Upon arrival removed and installed new dual pressure switch. Went ahead and tested unit, and allowed unit to do system calibration and also let the system run. Unit calibrated correctly and ran well with no issues. Unit is running safely and efficiently at this time.

Furnace Diagnostic Summary Equipment: High-Efficiency Furnace (Installed 2008) Fuel Type: Natural Gas Complaint: • Furnace locked out displaying Error Code 4-2 (Low Fire Pressure Switch opened repeatedly) Diagnosis & Testing: • Inspected venting and condensate drain – no concerns noted • Furnace last maintained in 2023; unit is clean and drain line clear • Connected manometer and tested low fire, high fire, and condensate pressure switches • Measured pressures exceeded manufacturer required ratings and were suitable for proper switch operation • Performed full diagnostic testing and combustion analysis – combustion readings within normal operating range • Furnace otherwise operating normally during portions of testing Additional Findings During Operation: • High temperature limit tripped during on-site testing • Supply air temperature rise appeared within range, but limit interruption still occurred • Intermittent faults suggest possible pressure switch failure, circu
Heat n Glo fireplace maintenance and inspection Fireplace had been having issues but just needed a cleaning. After completion of work fireplace is working well. Found no problems or concerns during testing.
Quote replacing condensate line Arrived on site and tenant showed location of where condensate drains and took information on what we can do to replace drain tubing. Office will reach out with final price of what it would cost to replace tubing and add condensate pump.
Hot water was 97f coming out of mixing valve with tank set very high. Set water heater back to “A” and adjusted mixing valve. Temp clamp on pipe out of mixing valve was 127f and thermometer at hot water tap was reading upwards of 135f after adjusting the mixing valve. Customer is much happier with this as she likes her water on the hotter side.
Fixed gas leak on supply line. Removed 2 street 90s from water heater gas line. Ensured furnace and water heater were both running before leaving. Current water heater 16-17 years old, in poor condition. Rust developing at seams, only a matter of time before it lets go. Strongly recommend replacing water heater in the near future.
Lennox furnace maintenance and inspection. Furnace had problems recently causing no heat. Checked previous error codes and found pressure switch codes related it to it being stuck open and stuck closed at times. Replaced with universal pressure switch. Performed full maintenance on unit, tested all components. Furnace is still operating safely at this time. Furnace is 13 years old so should hopefully be problem free for at least another few years. Typical life span is 15-20yrs. Found no other problems during visit
