Furnace Maintenance: Replaced homeowner provided media filter (16x25x1) and added orientation arrows for proper set up. Furance was not engaging into second stage gas changed the pin P5 from none to 10. Flushed the condensate P-trap and drain lines to maintain clear, efficient flow. Checked pressure switch tubing to ensure reliable performance. Cleaned and polished the flame sensor for optimal ignition. Inspected wiring to confirm secure connections and overall safety. Cleaned and polished the viewing glass using a specialized fireplace glass cleaner for optimal clarity. Conducted a detailed cleaning of the pilot assembly to ensure reliable performance.
