Generalaire humidifier repair Arrived on site and installed new humidistat control. Tested humidistat operation, is coming on accordingly at 35%, also ensured that the humidifier pad is good as well as the drain line is clear and draining well. Units is working safely and efficiently at this time Customer said they would pay by E transfer
Lennox comfort couch maintenance Arrived on site and preformed maintenance All tests on the furnace came back good except for the inducer. The inducer motor is noisey and starting to over amp. Will fail in time and recommend replacing and will have to office reach out to quote replacement. Unit was B tagged for not having fresh air go outside. Customer already has a contractor to come and install new venting. Unit is running safely and efficiently at this time

Evans Select 60 Furnace Replacement
No heat furnace repair, Unit was off on 3 flashes Pressure switch error code. Checked venting- had a frozen icicle at the termination. Tried firing the unit, but the ventor motor was full of ice, removed ice and began testing. System ran for 5 mins then cut out and ventor motor was full of water. Drained water Checked the drain, iced up Condensate pump completely frozen and the lines for the drain. Condensate 3/8 line completly frozen. Removed 3/8 line and ran it into a bucket until everything thaws. Ran system for 25min - no issues

Customer had purchased universal cast iron fireplace grill. Installed new and reconfigured log set the best I could. Fireplace working safely at this time.
Thermostat had enough wires to control humidification. Wired humidifier wires at thermostat. Rewired humidifier in basement to run through furnaces thermostat. Set up humidifier settings in thermostat to give the humidifier a call for humidity when humidity drops below 45%RH. A call for humidity will be given with or without the furnace heating. Recommend disabling humidification in he summer in the thermostat settings and also unplugging the black wire going to the blue box at the base of the humidifier when emptying it for the summer.
Keeprite furnace maintenance and inspection. Furnace is working safely and efficiently and in great condition at this time. Found no problems or concerns with furnace during maintenance. Found loose wires in thermostat, tightened all connections to ensure system would work reliably.
