Outstanding service and workmanship

I found Evan’s online and chose based on reviews. Phoned them and Richard came out that afternoon to quote a new furnace / AC / air filtration and gas lines to the stove and BBQ. It was a great experience and he took the time to really understand our needs. The crew showed up on time, used runners to protect the floors and were all over the job getting everything done and done right including fixing a gas leak at our fireplace. Great team to have at the house all day. Amy …. AMY ! She is the Service Manager that worked with me to book the various jobs and she moved heaven and earth to keep their commitment of having the work all done in one day. She is awesome ! A fair price / excellent Lennox equipment and professional technicians that made sure everything was perfect and I was totally happy before leaving. FIRST CLASS

Satisfied Customer

I am totally satisfied with your service. Andrew is patient, friendly and answers all questions thoroughly. I also appreciate the ongoing attention to "watch and wait" issues that may need repair in the future. I have several pieces of equipment that need annual maintenance and am glad to have your company looking after them.

Work Performed: Responded to no cooling call. Previously performed maintenance on May 27. Found the breaker had tripped. Investigated possible causes, including checking the capacitor and contactor—both tested within acceptable range. Also measured startup amp draw, which was 19A, and full load running amps monitored for 15 minutes was 7 amps. Results: System's startup current is within spec, though close to the breaker’s 20A limit. Rating plate indicates a minimum ampacity of 18A and a maximum overcurrent protection of 30A. The current breaker may be undersized, potentially causing nuisance tripping. Recommendation: Recommended replacing the breaker with a properly sized 30A unit. I did check truck stock but did not have a matching breaker on hand. If breaker does not continue to trip, replacement can be done during fall maintenance unless client prefers to change it sooner.

Keeprite AC maintenance and inspection. AC is in great condition at this time and cooling well. Customer was experiencing large temperature swings between basement and main floor. Closed a couple of the registers in the basement and recommended trying setting the thermostat to “fan on” for constant recirculation of air. This can help reduce temperature differences between floors. Also ensured humidifier was wired properly for heating season.

Work Performed: Inspected KeepRite air conditioner from approximately 2013. Found the contactor was buzzing very loudly. Replaced the contactor, and the buzzing stopped. Checked temperature split, which is within normal range. Results: System is operating normally. Maintenance is recommended on both ACs to help protect the system, and furnace maintenance should be completed in the fall. Recommended joining our Comfort Club, which includes yearly maintenance, priority service, 15% off repairs, and no after-hours charges (regular service call still applies). This helps catch issues early and keeps equipment running efficiently year-round.

Navien tankless flush and Lennox AC maintenance. Performed full maintenance on tankless. Cleaned all filters, condensation trap and flushed system. Tankless had very little buildup and is in great condition. AC is in great shape and cooling very well, found no problems with the system during maintenance. Outdoor unit had heavy buildup on it, this is not too much of a concern as long as we continue to perform yearly maintenance. Air filter at furnace is still very clean, will likely need replaced at next furnace maintenance.(x6670)

Work Performed: Comfort Club AC maintenance on a Daikin air conditioner installed by us in 2021. Results: System is operating normally. Walked the client through how to switch from heat to cool on a complicated thermostat, as it was difficult for her to navigate.

Work Performed: No cooling call on a 2023 air conditioner installed by us. Client reported system was not running. Traced issue to low-voltage control wires in the ceiling above the furnace that had come loose and disconnected. Located and reconnected loose low-voltage wires Tested AC operation – unit is now running normally Performed full air conditioner maintenance as required for warranty Checked electricals, refrigerant levels, and cleaned outdoor coil Confirmed proper temperature drop and system operation Results: Air conditioner is operating normally at this time. Recommended regular annual maintenance to ensure proper function and maintain warranty coverage. Additional notes, it is advised to trim bushes back a couple feet from ac, as airflow is being blocked.
