31JUL2023 Jason Brown Arrived for new customer non club tune up. Confirmed price with owner. Equipment is running on arrival stat at 70 IDT 77 ODT 100 Inspected Rheem RTU checked coils, fan, blower, compressor, and all electrical connections/ components. Cap 9.9/10 compressor 11a, fan 1.3a, pressures 128-468 High side good low side low. Low cooling capacity likely due to ductwork. Will need to return to open ceiling and inspect ducts. System is cooling to the best of its abilities at this time. Will have office schedule return visit. Found the drain line has been cut. It looks like all systems are the same.
