Heating tuneup for trailer style heatpump
Carrier gas furnace. Replaced faulty pressure switch. System now heating properly
Carrier gas furnace. Found inducer draft motor seized and not running. Cleaned motor and lubricated it and system now works properly.
Bryant heat pump split system. Condenser fan not running but compressor runs nonstop, even without a call for ac or heat. Found bad contactor that was stuck closed. Replaced contactor and unit now works as it should
