First off, I needed a toilet replacement, so I went to Home Depot to find a new one and signed up for installation through them. The Home Depot team was very helpful and scheduled everything for me. I later found out they use a third-party company for installations, which is how I was introduced to Power Plumbing. To my surprise, Power Plumbing reached out to me the same day—even though Home Depot said it might take up to a week—so that was already a great start. Tony from Power Plumbing arrived today. He introduced himself professionally, put on protective shoe covers to keep the house clean, and completed the toilet installation smoothly and efficiently. Afterward, he also checked my water heater and water pressure, which he said was part of the service. He discovered both needed attention and sent over an estimate for repairs. What really stood out was how thorough and informative Tony was. As someone who doesn’t typically understand plumbing terms, I appreciated how clearly he explained everything. He made it all easy to understand. He also gave us his card in case any questions or concerns come up. Based on his excellent service, I’ll likely move forward with the additional work—and honestly, I may just go straight through Power Plumbing in the future instead of Home Depot. Highly recommend!
