This was a bait and switch. Joe came to fix a problem on May 6th. That day he encouraged me to purchase a home maintenance plan which included a water heater flushing. On May 30th he came to perform the service and told me my water heater was 8 years old and too old to flush. Why did he not mention this 24 days ago. I feel taken advantage of.
