I was very pleased with Josh who thoroughly checked out my heating system. He was friendly, helpful, and polite as well as conscientious about cleaning up after himself after emerging from my very dusty attic. He explained everything well and obviously has a clear understanding of my HVAC system. Josh presented—without being pushy, which I appreciate—options and estimates for me to consider regarding repairs or replacement of my 25-year-old ductwork.
