Immediately from the start, Erick was enthusiastic and very helpful. He definitely wanted to get the job done and done right. Unfortunately I called a little too late on a Saturday (when everything was closed), so we had to move to a Monday, but that did not stop him from being ready to get my water heater replaced. After everything was said and done, I can tell why he takes great pride in his work, and has every right to.
