From my initial call; their HQ scheduler provided me a 2hr window arrival and showed up on time, professional company polo & logos uniform = this firm is defo customer service oriented; they must have sent their people to the Chika Fila training academy 👍 Upon arrival, Niko very cordial and took the time to go through a full HVAC methodical process with visual inspection, then systems check, then temp check. He explained everything real time & took me thru process with tech detail on what was working, the HVAC needed on attention and operations functions check. He kinda reminds me of working with my trusted family cousins whom own similar business out of state. Finally, Niko summarized everything with detail specifics on the invoice which I did not know I needed until I presented to the Home Inspector.
