Nothing sucks more than waking up and realizing you don’t have hot water. I called Power Pro to get my water heater checked. Emiliano was the one they sent out and he was amazing. He immediately saw that my water heater was 22 years old! He explained to me that it would be more cost effective to replace the dinosaur rather than pay for a quick repair that I have to get done multiple times. The replacement was quick and painless. Kasaun and Iatziry in their call center and dispatch were very respectful and accommodated my schedule. Will be asking for them and Emiliano again if I need help from Power Pro!
