Completed duct cleaning on a home with visible dust buildup and poor airflow. Removed debris and vacuumed supply and return lines using negative air pressure. Customer noticed improved air quality almost immediately. Recommended duct sealing to improve efficiency and reduce dust recurrence in the future.

Washed all filters with water. All heads were putting out 120-125 degree air in high heat mode and were putting out 40-45 degree air in high cool mode. Unit are operating properly
Performed a spring inspection on a system with a history of compressor lockouts. Checked capacitor values, cleaned contactor points, and confirmed voltage drop under load. Refrigerant pressures looked good, but I did notice some minor oil spotting near the service port. Recommended leak detection during the next visit to rule out future issues.
The customer reported loud noise and intermittent cooling. Diagnosed a failing condenser fan motor that was seizing up after running for a few minutes. Replaced the motor and matched it with a new dual-run capacitor. Checked motor rotation and amp draw—both are back within manufacturer spec. System now runs quietly and reliably.
Replaced an old 50-gallon gas water heater in Farmington with a Navien NPE-240A2 tankless water heater. The homeowner wanted endless hot water and improved energy efficiency. I removed the old tank, installed new PEX water lines, and connected the unit to a condensing vent system. After programming the recirculation settings, I tested water flow and temperature rise. The system now delivers on-demand hot water with lower standby energy loss.

Serviced a Rheem 40-gallon gas water heater that wasn’t heating properly. Found a worn-out thermocouple causing ignition failure. Replaced it with a compatible part, cleaned the burner assembly, and tested the water heater for consistent heating. Ensured proper gas flow and safe operation before leaving the site.
Performed a heating pm on an oil boiler. Brushed and vacuumed. Replaced the oil filter, nozzle and strainer. Started and checked the safeties. Performed a combustion test. 4.9%o2, 2ppm, 0 smoke, 86% efficient System is operating properly.
Upon inspection found the hi-vent on the radiator in the bedroom was leaking. Drained pressure off of the zone and removed bad hi-vent. Replaced with new hi-vent and filled zone back up with water. Bled air from zone at the boiler and tested operation of boiler. Had hot water coming back at the return. Unit is working properly.
