Performed a heating pm on an oil boiler. Brushed and vacuumed. Replaced the oil filter, nozzle and strainer. Started and checked the safeties. Performed a combustion test. 4.9%o2, 2ppm, 0 smoke, 86% efficient System is operating properly.
Upon inspection found the hi-vent on the radiator in the bedroom was leaking. Drained pressure off of the zone and removed bad hi-vent. Replaced with new hi-vent and filled zone back up with water. Bled air from zone at the boiler and tested operation of boiler. Had hot water coming back at the return. Unit is working properly.
Washed both mini split air filters Checked drainage on both Rinsed the condenser of dust and debris Checked electrical connections and safeties Computer room mini split We removed the blower wheel from the unit and brought it outside to was all the debris off of it. Checked charge of the unit both heads had a +20 delta T for cooling and both heads ranged from 113 to 117 for heating
