Inspected air handles evaporator coil, drain pan, blower assembly, and drain. The drain pan is clear of dirt and debris as well as the drain. The blower assembly is very clean as well as the evaporator coil. Rinsed dirt and grass from outdoor condensor. Checked the charge of the system as well as took amperage readings from the compressor and fan motor. Unit is in good operating condition.
