Performed an A/C pm on the system. Replaced the air filter. Blew out the drain line. Tested the condensate pump- the pump is older. Rinsed the condenser coil. Checked the electrical connections, pressures and temperatures. System is operating properly. The blower wheel inside the furnace is dirty and recommend having it cleaned. The system is older. Manufactured in 1987, R-22 system.
