Semi annual kitchen exhaust cleaning. We did the inside of the hoods, the ducts and the fan. There are no deficiencies. Fan is hinged and not broken. Thank you!

Annual Wet sprinkler service for buildings A,B,C and the anti-freeze loop test. Tech found: Bldg A - No evidence of FDC repairs of deficiency found during last 5 year inspection which was performed 3-19-2020. Bldg B - The Tamper switch on the backflow inside building b is reporting to the alarm panel as a Non Audible fire alarm instead of a supervisory. You may want to consult with your alarm install company to find out if this is the only way they could set up the switches. In this setup it could roll fire trucks just for a valve being closed.
