Troy maintained a perfect level of communication to help us gauge the time he would be arriving. This was hugely helpful as we had overlapping inspections running that day. When Troy showed up, he was extremely personable and got right to work. While working he was extremely professional and walked us through everything he saw so that we knew exactly what was going on. Once we realized the fireplace was no longer functional he walked us through our options to bring it back. All in all it was a great experience and I would recommend the service, 2nd Generation, and Troy specifically to ANY first time home buyers looking at a property with a fireplace!! Thank you, Troy!!
