I really appreciated the thoroughness and professionalism we received. We purchased a house with a wood burning fireplace in it. Not knowing when it was last serviced, we thought we should have it cleaned & inspected. Turns out some pieces needed replacing in order to put it in safe operating condition. The reasons why those items needed to be replaced were thoroughly explained to us, and pictures were provided of past jobs with similar repair items so we could visually see the before/after. We felt very comfortable asking questions on anything we didn't understand.
