Travis came to me, in the lobby while I was waiting for my oil change. He advised and provided counsel on a little tiny crack on my windshield. I am a female & didn't know what needed to be done but he took the time to explain the process. He was courteous and professional. There was a part of our conversation that he admitted that he didn't know the answer and told me that he will chat with his manager and report back to me. I am happy that my insurance was able to pay for the damage and I didn't need to pay anything...just my oil change. Kudos! Travis!
