Sorry, lack of knowledge my fault but the gal that called me to get the ball rolling was very helpful but the person that she connected me with to get the data of my vehicle was very poor, but she helped me very well. Try to understand what George was saying. I am legally, half tough and have a very hard time understanding over the phone, and this person seem to have had an accent that I hardly ever can comprehend plus he had massive breakup points in his speaking, not due to his speech, but due to the equipment, he was using.
