Wilcox accommodated my schedule and was able to promptly send a technician out to not only attend to my tune up but do some additional work I requested. Videl was professional and helpful snd even provided batteries when the thermostat indicated low. 30+ year customer and trust them implicitly. Also, live the phone greeting “ We are located on the town green in Westbrook” they live up to a neighborly feel and commitment. Big kudos!
