Mike was the technician and he arrived early as requested because I had to get ready for work. Was very accommodating to our confined basement space. Went above and beyond explaining the state my furnace is in and our oil tank. Explained what is recommended to prevent costly damages later. Grateful for his expertise and how Wilcox has been diligently taking care of our family for years.
