I want to thank everyone at Wilcox for the work recently completed at my home with a new Trane Gas Furnace/AC System….hats off to Matt who did the initial survey and system quote, Doug who scheduled the installation and kept me apprised of the installation details, and most of all Jared, Vidal, Roy, and Bill who did the removal and installation of the entire system….they were polite, professional, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They explained their work as they progressed and went over what work they did, along with final testing and set up of the units…..they worked efficiently and thoroughly cleaned and took away all of the old system….and even swept the immediate work area….great team that worked well together….commendable job…Thank you
