Finished the customer’s outdoor spigot repair and properly insulated the exposed piping to protect against leaks and freezing. Tested the spigot for proper operation and confirmed there are no leaks. Pipe insulation was installed to help prevent future freeze damage and improve long-term reliability. Another home protected with professional plumbing service.
Responded to a customer concerned about pipes freezing and faucets needing replacement. During the inspection, we found the home still had galvanized pipes from the meter throughout and a water heater dated 2008, which can contribute to low flow, corrosion issues, and efficiency loss. After providing a full assessment, we quoted a complete repipe, meter service upgrade, and new water heater installation. The customer approved the work, and we’re scheduled to return Friday to complete the project.
